Maintenance Projects

We stretch our dollars as far as they can go, but we also take care to be proactive addressing key maintenance projects every fall and spring.
Investing in a culvert or building up road base in high-traffic areas enables us to better manage water run-off or wear and tear. Smart, targeted investments every year reduce the overall cost of our road over time.
Snow Plowing
$24,000 +
Our community can see over 22’ of snow in one season. We presently work with Miller Creek Services for snow removal and selected an hourly model for 2026-2027.
This includes a $6,000 equipment service fee and $3,000 monthly retainers for services from November through May. Additional hours needed beyond the monthly retainers will be billed separately.
